Debbie Anne Moeller RN,MS,CPNP
Is a Colorado Native, born in Glenwood Springs, graduating from Rifle High School. Debbie Anne attended the University of Colorado receiving her Bachelor’s degree in 1986. She returned to the University of Colorado and received her Master’s Degree of Science in 1998. She has been a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since that time. In 2008 The Colorado Rocky Mountain Chapter of NAPNAP (National Association of Pediatrics, Nurse Associates & Practitioners) gave her The Pioneer of the Year Award. Debbie Anne is an active participant in our community, and she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and her husband.
Carey Levin MD
Was born in Albuquerque, NM, but raised mostly in the Front Range and in Carbondale, CO. She is a graduate of CRMS in Carbondale. Dr. Levin obtained an undergraduate degree in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology and psychology from CU. After graduating from college, she joined a rural community health center in Northern California working as a MA and community health out- reach worker. Inspired and overwhelmed by the people living in those rural communities and the lack of health care access they experienced, she left to become a doctor with the intention of returning to a rural community with the skills necessary to meet some of the community needs. As a medical student at the University of California, Davis she engaged in projects designed to bring young primary care doctors to rural areas. Dr. Levin is looking forward to returning to the same rural community she grew up in.
Pediatric Nurse Practitioners
By definition a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) is, Noun: nurse practitioner. A registered nurse who has received special training and can perform many duties of a physician. Nurse Practitioners provide primary healthcare in many specialties. In this case pediatrics and special needs patients are our specialty. Nurse Practitioners perform on their own license.
